What happens if derogatory or transphobic language is used in a medium?
We define medium here as any way that we may communicate or interact with you such as Discord. There is no place in our community for racial hatred, derogatory or transphobic language but we also do not have eyes everywhere... so we may miss things occasionally. When it happens and we've missed it, please...

Send any of our admin team a quick DM with the associated offending "chat message" attached. We cannot sort out personal DM's as this is beyond our remit.

Please send any additional evidence via our DM's or alternatively via email at hello@youngadultsarfid.com including your discord username in the body of the email.

Block the person immediately on your account. We will take care of the rest and work with yourselves and Discord to issue permanent bans.

Do we offer statements?
Generally speaking the answer is yes - depending on what the platform is. In response to our Privacy Policy, names are redacted. An example response that we have shared previously with our community can be viewed here.
What is your current response time?
As we are a worldwide community, our response can be delayed. At the moment, our current response time is a maximum of two hours.
